Home & Contents

For home owners and tenants: If you are a home owner, both your home and its contents will be covered. If you are a tenant, besides the contents, the cover will include any building work and improvements you have carried out.
This is a comprehensive home insurance that covers all possible risks in and around your home. Part of the policy coverage also includes public liability for yourself and other family members.

Deceased & Repatriation
|
The insurance covers any foreigner of any nationality here in Spain. In the event of one’s death, this allows the policy holder to be repatriated to the home country paid for by the insurance company. This also entitles a family member /or another person to accompany the policy holder.
Also included is a complete burial service in Spain (if this is chosen), of which includes in the coverage assistance with the processing of the official paperwork, transfers from the place of death to the burial place. In addition, this policy also includes medical assistance for emergencies which means that if one ever needs to be hospitalized, either by accident or sudden serious illness (classified as an accident) then these situations are also included within the policy. |
