PSI OFFICE

Established in 2003 Pacific Spain Invest has become one of the main legal law offices for conveyance and fiscal work in the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Almería areas. We have three offices in order to serve our clients: In Elche, in Playa Flamenca (Orihuela Costa) and also in Vera, Almería.

Normally, we guide and advise local individual clients, commercial estate agencies and companies who have bought properties through various Estate Agencies in the Costa Blanca area and other areas of Spain.

We have two company solicitors acting on behalf of our clients’ interests on the conveyancing and corporate law and two associate solicitors for litigation and other legal services.

We have already over 2,500 satisfied clients who have used the legal services of PSI Consultants and we believe that this reflects the expertise of our hard working staff basing on the volume of referrals we receive from existing clients. We keep abreast of the every changing Spanish legal system and its laws for both Spanish nationals and foreigners alike.

Ever since we have been established we are please to say that most of the staff have been with the Company from its inception. With this in mind, we have the experience and expertise to help our clients with their specific needs. Evidently, our clients are content and satisfied because of our collaboration and the enthusiasm to serve better.

The PSI team is composed of various nationalities that are bilingual in both Spanish and English languages.
