** COVID-19 UPDATE **
Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am until 2 pm. We recommend that clients schedule appointments with us in order to mitigate waiting times.
You can schedule appointments directly with the department service handler who has been assisting you with any of our services. Or you can schedule an appointment through our website, via the appointments page. We politely ask that if you require visiting the office in person, please do wear a mask. All of our office staff will also be wearing masks and we have cleansing gels to wash hands.
